This was by far the most unorganized, dirty Ross I've ever been too... there was clothes and shoes all over the floor and on top of racks... and it was the beginning of the day... so it wasn't like they had been open for hours and being ransacked

I was stoped at the door. Was told I could not leave until they searched my bag and saw receipt. They did this to every customer that was leaving. I thought these practices were illegal. Called customer service and manager. They all confirmed it is Ross policy to search your bag.

I bought this jacket yesterday with no tag, tried to return it today and they said it's not from their store. I told the cashier that there's no tag and it was sold to me just that way. Now they deny it. Claiming it's been used you all it was just yesterday at 3pm

I am absolutely outraged by the incident I witnessed at your store today. As an elderly woman was leaving around 5 pm, the store clerk stopped her, checked her receipt, and then proceeded to publicly humiliate her when the alarm went off.

They pulled out her personal items, including her undergarments, and held them up for the entire store to see. This poor woman stood there for over 7 minutes, subjected to this incredibly embarrassing ordeal, all because the associate failed to properly remove a security tag.

How dare you subject your customers, especially your elderly and vulnerable patrons, to such degrading treatment in your stores? This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and goes against any reasonable customer service standards.

If your stores are losing that much inventory that you feel the need to strip search every person leaving, then perhaps it's time to reevaluate your business model rather than traumatizing your shoppers. You should have systems in place to prevent these types of situations from occurring in the first place.

I am disgusted by what I witnessed today, and I hope you take immediate action to rectify this issue and ensure your employees treat all customers with dignity and respect moving forward. This is completely unacceptable.

Manager is rude. I wanted help on a watch said that line is more important. I watched 30-40 people go around me just to watch her help them before me that's been standing at the watch counter for over 30 minutes!!!!!

It’s a Saturday and they got at least 10 employees in the building. 2 people on the register and they have an entire line all the way to the other side of the building. Serve your customers better. Everyone got kids and places to be it’s ridiculous they have an entire staff and 2 people on register with a line this dang long. BFFR

I must say it really depends on the Ross location because I visited the one on East Kellogg the line was so long there was only one cashier and two ladies at the front sorting hangers as if it took two of them to do so shown in the pictures below while we all were standing there waiting for over 30 minutes. They called for someone to come help the poor young lady while they continued to sort hangers. This really bothered several of us because there was no sense of urgency they did not respect our time and the lack of customer service Disappointed me especially when I come in there weekly. Not to that location my location in Derby is always wonderful. I will be filling a formal complaint. Ridiculous!!!!!! I'm still livid
