Honestly, I ADORE this doctor office! I have been going here for 11 years for all four of my children! Bonnie, (We miss you!) was AWESOME! She always cared and spoke to my children. Whenever it would be shots time for my son, she knew exactly what to do. She would call in another staff, and they would get ready to keep him calm and hold him down while they gave him his shots! LOL!!

Dr. Cho, (We miss you too!) really and truly cared about my children's health! I would always noticed that, whenever I would speak to her about a concern, she would always go back into her records. Sometimes it would be on the computer and sometimes, it would be on paper, mostly both. Hmm..

Now, it wasn't until I met my husband, and he started to accompany me as well as take my children to their appointments, was when he began to voice his concerns about the office. He noted that it was old fashioned. For some odd reason, they do not like to transfer over clients files. Especially if you ask them to, over the phone. You have to meet them in person, give them the information that they need to fax over your records, sign over some papers...yada da da...But hey, I trust that! He also disliked that the building and the waiting rooms were old. Who cares!

For the past two years, (possibly more) my kids have had their doctors changed more than once. Lately it has been a case of doctors and nurses coming and going. In my opinion, it has completely lost its "homey" feeling. The nurses and office staff, have become younger and less organized, focused, and friendly.

I truly miss the old ways the office use to run, and that is one reason why we are leaving. I am very saddened to go. We have moved out of county and unfortunately, we need to make one last appointment in order to update shots and transfer files.

I hope Dr. Cho comes back and STAYS. Maybe then she could change it back! She is a great doctor!

BAD BAD BAD Nancy AKA Bonnie is rude the office in general is incompetent. My son has been misdiagnosed for 2.5 years and now 3 weeks later I cannot get his records this nurse or receptionist is stone walling. If you love your child....

My daughter has been goin here for 14 years since she was a newborn i love Bonnie and everyone there i do miss Dr. Cho but its still an awesom place for kids
