We've been taking our dogs to this location for a year now and cannot emphasize enough how amazing the staff are. Dr. Arvin, Dr. Shelly, and Dr. Genna are the best vets we've seen in Indianapolis. They're incredibly patient, kind, and understanding when I have 10 different questions for them. I've also never had any issues booking appointments and the front desk staff are absolutely fantastic (thank you Katie!).

My Italian Greyhound is terrified of vet visits, but whenever he sees the vet assistant Vanessa he's always so much calmer. By far the best location you can find for your pet care and safety. Thank you to the entire Michigan Road team!

Staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful. The doctors are eager to help make my sick pets feel better I like the Reminders that I receive for appointments and vaccinations. I appreciate that the front staff files a claim with my pet insurance when checking out before I pay the remaining balance.

They took great care of our new puppy Cocoa!! Every staff member did their part in making Cocoa’s first appointment a positive experience for her. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and informative. Dr. Arvin advised me on a more nutritious puppy food and Cocoa loves it!! More nutritious and tasty!! Definitely a win-win!!

As always, Dr. K was as thorough in examining Cleo and as patient in answering all of our questions as he has been for over ten years. We have had MRAH take care of four dogs and five cats and they have all received excellent care. The office staff continued to be efficient while taking care of our appointment and prescription filling needs.

Dr. Shelly is the best! Love that she takes the time to get to know you and your pet. She sits right down on the floor loves on the pup before her exam. So glad we have found her!

This animal hospital was highly recommended and I'm so glad that I followed that advice. My dog has ongoing skin issues and after a thorough examination, Dr K provided a practical treatment plan for her current condition and another plan to manage her skin allergies going forward. He was very knowledgeable and informative -the staff was professional, caring and kind.

Wow what an amazing group people who work here. I had to put my dog down 8 days ago and everyone i encountered was so kind and caring through the whole process. The Dr’s even sent a very heartfelt card with handwritten messages. Thank you ladies for making the best possible situation I will forever be grateful.
