Honestly, would not change a thing. Antonio was wonderful and KJ was a huge help. Everything worked as one would hope and I am extremely satisfied and happy with how UHaul took care of me on this move. Thank you!

The pickup was satisfactory and a smooth process. The return was some nonsense. They give you a printout on where the gas was to be returned. So in all we went 9 miles. The van get 15 miles to the gallon, we returned it with the handle right where it was when we left. The check in lady said we gonna have to charge you $14.95 for gas. The devil is a lie, I went across the street put in $3 came back and it was way above from when I rented it out. When I expressed my concern, she light weight wanted to argue about what her scanner said. Then when my boyfriend pointed out the truck gets 15 miles to a gallon, we only went nine, she looked stupid, saying I not know nothing about that. I just let it go. They need employees who can use common logic. And $14.95 for 4 drops of gas is highway robbery. U-haul...do better.

The owner operator was very professional and respectful of the customers time and gave clear instruction on the return policy and the staff was friendly and helpful upon returning the truck to make the drop off easy.

Lady that helped me with my reservation was very rude and condescending. Not only did she blame me for an old phone number like I was an idiot but she also charged me for the highest level protection plan without even asking me. She didn’t speak to me after making those corrections. Horrible experience. I would rather travel twice the distance than interact with her again. You have to reevaluate your staff.

Easy rental.....had to purchase a 7 pin adapter as mine was missing the one I bought didn't work and I had to use mine at home however Gigi was able to return the product even though I didn't have the receipt she went beyond what she had to do to get me taken care of....also she seems to be a great trainer as she was training a new hire last night and showed great patience and attitude toward the new hire....Thank you Gigi

I have used uhaul before and the van I had was decent, but this last time the van needed to be vacuumed and the change oil light was on it was really bouncy over bumps. It was only one person working the counter. She was pretty fast though. I am concerned . I rented a van to take my daughter back to school. When i got to the counter the lady told me that I would have to have a major credit card to rent the van. I told her that was never mentioned on the web site or any place in that building. She told me that uhaul doesn't own the vans anymore and the company that does own the vans wants major credit cards. How can you not have that bit of information on your web site or posted inside of your business. She tried to get me to go with a larger van but i didn't need a larger van . I think next year Ill go with a different company.

I recently had a fantastic experience with U-Haul at the Michigan Ave location in Indianapolis. The staff was accommodating and friendly. They made the whole process of renting a trailer very smooth and stress-free. The trailer was clean and in good condition and was easy to drive. The customer service, including Nikki's help to get the trailer that would work best for us, was top-notch. I highly recommend this U-Haul location to anyone in need of moving services. I will be using them again in the future.
