Let me tell you this I am leaving this Burger King today on December 18. I have never in my entire life been treated the way I was just treated over a sausage egg and cheese croissant. I paid for two items. One of them was Edible. The other one wasn’t so I took it to my child and the other one I should decide to not to feed to my child so I decided to go up to the place and get a refund. I didn’t want the sandwich any longer because if you chose to serve me the sandwich not Edible I don’t want another one She started to give me the refund as I try to give her the sandwich and she said she doesn’t take anything back through that window.🤔 You serve me the sandwich this way. She stated to me that she cannot give me a refund without the whole entire order back so all I did was say who do I speak to them because I don’t have the entire order now I only have the sandwich that was not edible. So she starts to be combative and I told her I’m a very professional person so I’m just trying to expect Customer Service here. It makes it very clear that she will only make me the sandwich again because I don’t have the other part of the order here so I asked basically who can I talk to about this because the sandwich is not even edible Toyq this is why I brought it back which she didn’t like it so she decides to tell me call the number And I asked her what number is thatand she slams the window wow . I was nothing but understanding when I first sat in a line for 10 minutes and then to be treated that way Was a heck of a way to start my morning thank you Burger King

This is about the worst burger king ever
I try to avoid coming to this location. Unfortunately it's the closest one to where I livem they are always out of food inventory. What kind of fast food restaurant is always out of food items. If it's not that then they are always running behind on everyone's food order. I places a movile order and they had the inside closed and so I was forced to go through the drive threw. I had to wait for the 5 cars infront of me in order to get my food. And yes my food was already cold so everything was just sitting there. Get your business under control. It's a shame that this is the usual experience and I've about had enough. So I hope this review will leave a message of how poorly this establishment has been managed for a very very long time. Might as well shut down this location if being honest.

the one on 56th & emerson is having some issues. I preordered my food and waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the speaker and nothing. another customer went to the door and the window and no response. I had to contact support for my money back. but I mean they been having issues for awhile and it either takes them too long, or cant use a card only cash. I would not recommend going to that one at all until they get management and their team together

I ordered a Fiery whopper and I had regular ssa bacon on my burger and not the fiery season bacon, my sister stay out south and she told me about this burger and how the bacon on it was soo good and how it made the burger so delicious. I am disappointed I didn’t get to experience it how I wanted.

Service was horrible and asked for food off fryer. Cook had an attitude. I seen molasses move faster. Shot out to cashier in drive thru going in back to make orders also. Also, the new cashier in front was very helpful. Top it off, food was 🗑. The manager was just as bad. Now I seen why people go elsewhere.

Was door dashing an order, doors were locked, had to wait through the drive thru, they gave my order to someone else and then a male, not sure if he was the manager or what, got very angry and aggressive and was screaming and yelling at me. He's lucky I didn't call the police on him for intimidation. He needs to be fired. But in the meantime I will report this business EVERY day to the health department and go to every social media platform and tell my story. Shut this hole in the wall fast food restaurant down, don't do business there.

Ordered the new Elote whopper and they gave me a dry patty and one slice of tomato between 2 pieces of bread….that’s it. im surprised they even took my order, they normally just say they are only taking door dash orders (no matter the time of the day) I rather starve than eat at this BK location. Look at all these reviews, just close down the restaurant at this point

Ordered at this location on DoorDash. It took an hour to make 3 breakfast sandwiches and when calling “the manager” she would not give her name and was very sarcastic about when the order was actually done so we could speak with door dash about it. Saying it “was done when she bagged it” Very unprofessional and bad for YOUR business. I see why this store has a low rating. Get better employees.
