Krispy Kreme - Indianapolis, Indiana

This is the only Krispy Kreme I know of in Indiana, and it is functional. It is hard to justify paying almost $2 per donut, but they’re so good. The drive thru moves at a good pace. My biggest qualm is that the HOT sign doesn’t seem to be on very often. The best part of KK is getting fresh donuts that are still warm.

Whenever I am in this area I always make sure to stop by this place. Today was no exception, I stopped by for a special they had. The host Kahmya helped me, and her customer service was extremely friendly! She was even able to help me in a special request.

First and last time.
Asked for half a dozen (3pc plain/ 3pc filled) and a cup of coffee.

I got a dozed, charged for a dozen also, all plain no filling, coffee cup is leaking, and no receipt/ or they don't ask if you would like the receipt or not!!
I was imagining my receipt is somewhere in the box, but not!

Drove 20 minutes for hot donuts, used their website as a reference for hours. No hot donuts or any donuts available. Customers could be seen walking in and walking out empty handed. Can you kindly update your hours?

Walked in and the entire store was filled with smoke like something had burned. Waited a few minutes while the cashier helped someone else and other just stood around. After a 40 minute drive (which isn’t anyone’s fault but my own for not calling first) they do not have the grinch collection today. It’s a Saturday at the only location in the area and they don’t have the number 1 thing they advertise. No one seemed sorry just annoyed that yet another potential customer asking for something they don’t have. Don’t recommend

Ordered, sat in line, tried to pay with cash and employee informed me she had no way to make change. Management needs to set their store up for success. Either post a card only sign on the menu or make sure the store has the ability to make change.

Jessie and her crew are willing to go above and beyond to help a customer. They were having a nationwide system issue on the exact day I needed the special Krispy Kreme doughnuts and they were unable to take orders. I was on the verge of tears! My little one had asked for only these specific doughnuts for his birthday and knows the taste of the fresh ones vs the grocery store Krispy Kremes. Jessie listened to my dilemma and worked with me to figure it all out so that it was all perfect for his birthday! She very easily could have told me no and sent me on my way... but she didn't! I am so thankful for her kindness and flexibility and will forever be a customer at the Castleton location to support her and her staff that hopefully learned by her actions!

Thank you so much! Indy was so excited and that means the world to me!

Solo pasé por unas donas para mi hija, eran las 6:30 y estaban lavando las máquinas en la cocina, el lugar estaba lleno de humo 💨 y no se sentía bien, éramos los únicos clientes pero no había nadie en el mostrador, no fue molesto para mí por que mientras estuve decidiendo que donas llevaría.
No soy fanática de estas donas por que son extremadamente dulces para mi, pero mi hija las ama así que por eso las 5 estrellas ☺️
