I don't know about you, but I enjoy a taste of culture included with my taste for the food.

Upfront, I've never been to Mexico, but after one of the owners stopped by our table to ask how we were enjoying our meal, he also shared some of his story. Everything fell into place then. The paintings on the wall, the flavor of the food, the arrangement of the booths, every detail of the restaurant brought to life the experience of what it might be like if I were to visit one of the small towns in a country with such an epic history and traditions.

Great service. Delicious food. Nice atmosphere. (Only thing, the sound of the televisions may compete with the sound of a larger party...can get a little too, noisy)

But, go for the food, enjoy the atmosphere, and come back to try something else on the menu.

In the area for work. I ordered the fajitas, and while they were decent, I was disappointed that they only came with two tortillas. There was a lot of filling left over, which made it a bit tricky to enjoy fully. On the plus side, the service was prompt, and the staff were very friendly, which made for a pleasant dining experience overall. With a couple more tortillas, this would have been a much better meal.

I am wondering if this restaurant has changed ownership. It used to be one of my favorites. Most recently, the service has deteriorated. The food is still OK. However, there’s one gentleman there who creeps on every young woman that goes into the restaurant. He also argues when he makes mistakes on your order. As a woman, I find it very uncomfortable to watch. I would say there’s a coaching opportunity. I hope the management will work on the issue. I wish the old Management or Owner would come back. He was a delight.

Food are so delicious. We loved it. Chicken quesadillas and shrimp fajitas are freshly made and must try .. ambiance and service was so good. Highly recommended..

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Me and my dad are regulars and come at least once a week. the staff are so friendly and the service is great. the restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, great for family dinners. the food is excellent and there is little to no wait time (depends on day of the week) if you are craving mexican i would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant.

Another 1st time try restaurant, it was Delicious! Their Chicken taste Awesome, the service was top notch. The staff was excellent, and they checked on us the whole time. If your in the area, stop in and give this place a try, you wont be disappointed! I will definitely return. I returned today and my lunch was great, and still received the same service!

Mexican is my favorite cuisine. This is in my top 5 Mexican restaurants, if not number 1. Everything was authentic and my Spanish husband felt at home. The horchata was definitely the best horchata I have ever had. I thought the large was going to be too big but it was perfect after I tasted it.

The fajitas were full of flavor and I couldn't stop eating them. The fish taco is in my top 5 favorite fish tacos. I'm going to dream about them tonight.

The enchiladas were awesome. I wish I didn't live in the Dayton, Ohio area. I'm definitely coming back here next time I visit Indianapolis. If you have to choose between this restaurant and another one pick this one! You will not be disappointed.

I would avoid this place at all costs. I got pretty bad food poisoning. Here’s a little info on the service. We were greeted after 5 mins by a scowling gentleman. He took our order and he never greeted us again. He had forgotten my water, so when my food came I was without a drink halfway through. They messed up my partners order and eventually one of the other servers asked us if we wanted to-go drinks. I rarely leave reviews, but wanted to let anyone know, that there are better options in Carmel for food. Never again
