The worst quality acrylic set I’ve ever received. VERY thick application and a terrible paint job. The apex is also just… off. When I asked questions about my service or pointed out when things were looking different than expected, I was dismissed. I had to ask the tech to fix my nails 3 times and honestly felt embarrassed for having to defend myself for the poor quality service. Leaving the salon covered in nail glue, acrylic, and black gel polish was annoying enough, but it’s more annoying that my brand new set has gaps at the cuticle that make them look a week old. That is not how I like spending my hard earned money. I will definitely not be returning.

I was a walk in that requested gel manicure with "cat eyes". My nail technician was David. David did a fabulous job! He's very clean and pays attention to detail. David was also very kind and professional. I would highly recommend him or anyone here! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I will most definitely be coming back!

I will NEVER go back to Mi Nails. I have been going here for years! I called not once but TWICE to confirm my party of EIGHT FOR MY WEDDING and when I walked in they were not prepared and only had me booked for one person. They charged my cousin 80 dollars for what I’m going to picture not to mention she’s a minor so instead of consulting an adult about all the up charges 5 Sallie for shape, 10 for French tip, 10 for a design (that “design” being a little gold line under the French tip) and 60 for a full set. Her mother got a basic pedi and they charged her for the 60 dollar pedi with sugar scrub and the scraper in which she never got! Just the two of them were charged 245.00 your kidding right? Another one of my bridesmaids got major designs long nails at that and gel and was charged 80… with no upcharge. By the time I left “the bride” I wasn’t letting them touch my nails after the insane upcharge and lack of attention to my reservation I called TWICE about in the last month. I also made it CLEAR on the phone I wanted Alex to do my nails who is no longer with them…..and I can see why! There resolution was a 20.00 gift card…..after charging my cousin at least 90.00 more than what they should have and with all the chaos I shouldn’t haven’t even paid for my pedi especially since my massage wasn’t done and my water was COLD in which I told the tech TWICE! Please see the 90.00 nails below….

Great experience. They got me in a little ahead of my appointment and the service was quick but thorough. My feet are very sensitive and she did a great job of not tickling me.

In addition to Amber Kessinger review below this. These are the two who had more designs and were only charged 70.00. Also please look at how rough the pinky nail of the black and white set is…..rushed and over charged. Horrible experience!

I don't write reviews, but I'm compelled to because I feel like she ripped me off because I'm young. My gel x set didn't even last 5 days. They all lifted and fell off! What a waste of my money. The lady who did my nails sits at table #4. Her name is Lane or Lame. I wanted acrylics, but she told me gel x is better. No, it's not! It's pricier! She failed to mention that. I will never come back, nor will my family.

First time at this location, I will definitely be coming back. Came for a walk-in manicure, was immediately seated; was a Friday afternoon. I did not get the name of the person who serviced me, but they were kind, curtious, and quick. They did a great job and I am happy with the outcome. Would recommend giving them a try.

Le is the best that I have ever had! She takes her time and makes sure you are good! She has an amazing smile as well! I have been going to her for years and want anyone else!
