Chicken is so bland!! Flavorless really. The only thing that’s tasty is the rice and the pickled onions. The flavored punches are not too sweet, which is nice. I do appreciate the gluten free options as well.

The food is great and they have a variety of import drinks as well as very light teas and soft drinks, the service is fast as they have a Chipotle style assembly line for your food and the staff are very polite and listen very well. The food doesn't leave you feeling sluggish and there's enough to where it doesn't leave you feeling like you can eat more either. After eating here you are perfectly content with your meal and can go for a walk around the area for a few hours before you're even hungry again.

This location has very fast service. Prices are about $10 per person. Tasted Asian style dishes. Highly recommend

Every time I come here I’m always so impressed with the flavors. So delicious! I like the bowls with the chili lemongrass sauce and I upgrade to the yakisoba noodles.

Zao has gone the way of many as of late. Raised prices (without any indication on the menu) smaller portions (she barely gave me a baby scoop of broccoli. I asked for a little more, and she said I would have to pay extra. Seemed very arbitrary). Unhelpful staff. It’s just not worth it at all anymore. That plus the shrinkflation without even telling customers that it cost more for Yakisoba in a bowl now. Literally no indication until it’s already made and you’re checking out. Pretty shady. I eat the same thing here about 1, or 2 times a month. Don’t think I’ll ever go back.

This place is so freakin' good! It's a fast casual style restaurant where you order as you go through the line. They have a delicious menu consisting of bowls (noodles and rice), tacos, sandwiches, and soups. You first order your base which consists of rice, brown rice, or rice noodles. Afterwards, you choose you meat, sauce, and toppings. Once complete, you've designed a delicious Asian dish that you can be proud of!

The prices are fair for the amount of food you get the service was awesome!

Definitely a 5 star review due to the great unique food, the price, and the awesome service. Well done Zao, well done!

Been coming here for years for lunch. Sgnificant dip in quality over the last few months. Less food, worse ingredients, unfriendly staff, and much more expensive. What changed? Won't be coming nearly as frequently.

Management do some self reflection and see what changes have made things worse and find ways to improve.
