If you go there, $40 credit check make sure you ask them if they rent to anybody that has a misdemeanor like if you got a drive-in ticket because they don’t believe you deserve a place to live. They don’t accept misdemeanors. You know innocent until proven guilty. You’re guilty and until proven innocent according to this establishment, they think you’re a bad bad person.

I just moved out of these apartments and there is a lot they don’t tell you about the lease. Make sure you read each page thoroughly before selecting this place as your home. I want to preface by saying the apartments themselves are beautiful, amazing and I loved living in these apartments!! The issues we had were
1. The people below us had a dog and if the dog was left alone it would bark all night long. I’m not exaggerating… all night. From like 10 pm to like 10 am. All the other dogs would chime in once one dog started. I had to sleep in my husband’s truck one night bc I could NOT sleep from how loud it was!!
2. Our water heater went out like 4-6 times and we went without water a few times for a few hours.
3. We had been told we were allowed to have our propane grill and then after living there we got told we weren’t allowed to have it anymore. All because the office manager wasn’t trained properly and didn’t know what she was talking about.
4. They had come into our apartment to clean the dryer vents and when they left (I was not home and didn’t return for another 5+ hours) did not lock my door again, so my apartment could’ve easily been broken into.
5. They raised our rent like $200… I thought that income based apartments would make it so that it would stay the same for the whole year we had it. I didn’t know they could do that.
6. They don’t tell you that when you move out they automatically deduct $112 from your security deposit to clean the carpets.
7. The pool/ spa was closed almost all summer and we only got to use it twice, all because a part was broken on the pool/spa. i’m not kidding from like June to late august it was closed.
8. There are kids that will just run out in front of your car daily. They have no sense of the rules, and the parents are nowhere to be seen ever. I’m not against kids playing outside, but they at least need some supervision.
9. Kids will play near the dumpsters and shatter glass out there all the time. My husband had to tell them to stop like twice.
10. There is no way of getting out of your lease early without paying at least like $2000+, even if it’s for the military.
11. They never cleaned the stairs or walkway ever. We got told that they were going to pressure wash in June, and we left at the end November and it never happened.
I know that’s not the only issues we had with these apartments, but it’s all I can think of right now.
All in all, the apartments were really nice, but on the outside they needed some help. Especially with the management, and maintenance.

Maintenance used to be their best. These days, you put in a request and they come look at it, say they will be back later and then close out your request not helping at all. I've been asking them to replace kitchen lights in different request for 2 years and they come and say that they don't have any in stock. My Faucet has been broken for 4 days now, they said they didn't know how and closed out my ticket. I guess this current management doesn't hold their maintenance accountable.

The Manager is a racist, he never notified us of the renewal of the contract when we informed us that we were leaving, he got upset, since I don't speak English well he discriminated against us and he got upset when we were going to ask about the excessive charges he has made to us to recover the money according to the , lied to us saying that he was going to help us correct his mistake. We had a deposit of 1000 dollars and the apartment was in perfect condition because we only lasted one year, he charged us the entire deposit for things that he had no reason to charge, I have the video as it was delivered. Every week he sends us a new statement charging for more things than he invents. That Manager is a bad person. Please check this man's profile.

He threatened us that if we didn't sign the 60-day notice, he was going to send the debt to collection, because we told him we were going to buy a house.

El Gerente es un racista, nunca nos avisó de la renovación del contrato cuando informamos que nos íbamos se molestó, cómo no hablo bien ingles nos discrimino y se molestaba cuando íbamos a preguntar por los cobros excesivos que nos ha hecho para recuperar la plata según el, nos mintió diciendo que nos iba ayudar para corregir su error. Teníamos un depósito de 1000 dólares y el apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones porque solo duramos un año, nos cobró todo el depósito en cosas que no tenía porque cobrar yo tengo el vídeo como se entregó. Cada semana nos envia un nuevo stament cobrando por más cosas que el se inventa. Ese Manager es una mala persona. Por favor revisen el perfil de este señor.

El nos amenazó que si no firmamos el aviso de los 60 días, nos iba a mandar la deuda a colección, porque le dijimos que íbamos a comprar casa.

This place is too cheap to clear the parking lot from snow. They don't salt it and do a very minimal job clearing the parking lot. Seen people get stuck and even towed just because they do such a horrible job and clearing the lot from snow. Apartments constantly telling people what they are "allowed" to do with their own patio and what they can and can't do on the property they rent. Management is quick to say what your doing wrong but when you bring up a problem they go silent.
(Clean the dang pool) It's pathetic it got shut down because this place can't keep it up to state standards.

EDIT: After leaving this review I was contacted by the property manager who said they would make things right by refunding my $200 holding fee through a check in the mail. It has now been over a month and I still haven't received any payment. It doesn't make sense that it would take so long to receive something in the mail when we are located in the same city. It doesn't seem like a check was ever sent.....

I started an application for this apartment over a month ago with Dakota and Andrew and thought everything was good. I paid the $200 holding deposit and was supposed to move in July 11th. I called and emailed the office regularly over the last month to check the status of my application and received very little response, at one point being unable to reach anyone at the office for over a week despite calling every day.

When I finally did get someone on the phone they explained that management had changed and no one I originally spoke to worked there anymore. As my move in date was quickly approaching, I again called and emailed regularly trying to get updates on my application and it was difficult to get a response. Now my move in date has come and gone with absolutely no communication about it from Parker Beutler, the new manager. I have asked for my $200 holding deposit to be refunded as they did not hold up their end of the contract and have again received no response. Very unprofessional and I'm hoping this review will get someone's attention because nothing else had seemed to work and I feel like I got scammed.

We toured the reserve for my little cousins wanting to rent there. First and foremost Dakota was amazing! She was so nice and made us feel comfortable through the whole process. The apartment was beautiful and very spacious and for income restriction it’s a dream come true home for renters! My cousins loved everything and now to wait for the application to go through! 🥰

Let me start off by saying I have been living here for 2.5 years without any issues. Never paid my rent late, never had any issues with neighbors. The apartments are always changing management, they have a very high turnover rate.
This new management that has taken over the last few months is absolutely ridiculous. They are serving eviction notices for having your trash by the door or a bike on your balcony. They are charging you fees that are not in the lease agreement. I read through my lease and I have gone to argue the fees and they point me to their lawyer. I have never in my life seen such horrible price-gouging practices. They are taking advantage of a low income community and price gouging for every last cent possible. I will be moving as soon as I can and I recommend to ANYONE, PLEASE AVOID THE HEADACHE. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE TO THIS COMPLEX.

Edit- Leasing manager called me requesting a notice to vacate for leaving a 1 star review. In response to a bad review, she calls me to ask me when I'm going to leave instead of do any type of mending. That is the type of conflict managing skills and professionalism you will get. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how things are being managed.
