I’ve had my fire (Hevellyn) for seven years now. I use it from late October to March so it’s had seven burning seasons.
The fire has been discontinued with no spare parts available anywhere and as I’m not a stove fitting business I cannot get to speak to anyone. The baffle plate is warped and I need a new one. The chimney sweep who looks after my fire is unable to get one either despite him owning a stove business. Why discontinue a product but not have spare parts available? The front grill just about disappeared after a couple of years use too and the grate is now also starting to wear away as well.
I would have expected a fire to last a lot longer than this or at least be able to replace parts that get worn. I know people who’ve had the same stove for over 20 years and replace parts when needed as they are readily available. The company who fitted the stove are unable to source parts either.
I may end up having to go to the expense of buying a brand new fire but I will ensure that spare parts can be easily bought when needed.and will not use this brand of fire.

This idiot nearly caused a serious collision today Pedmore island Stourbridge, we had to pull over as he was about to collide with our vehicle and take us off the road, pulled next to us and swore at us whilst transporting a young special needs child and left everyone traumatised. Go back to driving school and understand your roundabouts

great range of products and genuine next day delivery . Although please be aware the trade online account is not secure so please don't use your email password as i have received half a dozen emails saying they have hacked my email account and computer and are demanding money . This is the only account that I have used this email address with this password so I know it has come from here.

The company was doing works on our neighbours house and asked to put their ladder in our garden, which we agreed to. We have come back from work to see that they have left all of the packaging on the floor in our front garden and left.

What a joke this place is after waiting weeks for flue to be delivered constantly being told a date then it not turn up. Two weeks later told them ill just drive to pick it up (2hrs drive) to get here and sit and wait for an hour whilst people seem to walk around aimlessly. No organisation, warehouse complete and utter shambles I know this is your busy period but a complete let down will never use again

Just awful, yard is a disaster, call this number to talk to the office to tell them you are here to collect your order, stand around for 40 minutes until someone brings it to you. The phone number is the same one for the whole company so you have to keep trying to get through.
