They are simply an importer who are currently retailing faulty ' not fit for purpose ' goods !

A company that does not know the “consumer rights act 2015”.
Zendesk & Slow to respond to emails and fails to listen or reply to the points in emails.
Sells defective goods then can't replace under warranty due to no stock. Everything is outsourced including support , which lacks greatly. They work to NO timescale & never resolve matters . The Risk is yours as a buyer

I am deeply disappointed with Xiaomi's response to a serious delivery issue I've encountered. After purchasing a £700 phone, the delivery, handled by DPD, has been fraught with problems. Not only was my parcel delivered to the wrong address, but I also have video evidence suggesting the delivery driver took the parcel. Despite this, my efforts to seek help from Xiaomi have been met with indifference.

Key Concerns:
- My phone was never properly delivered.
- I have been wrongfully directed back and forth between Xiaomi and DPD.
- My attempts to present video proof have been disregarded.
- The signature on delivery is not mine, and my name is misspelled.

This is not the customer experience I was promised, and it has shaken my confidence in recommending Xiaomi products. I am reaching out for advice on how to escalate this issue effectively and would appreciate guidance from Xiaomi and the community alike.

I hope this review prompts Xiaomi to address the delivery service problems and improve their customer support.

Good tech, but appalling support. I received a faulty device which I returned for a refund, however instead of this, I was sent a replacement device in spite of the note on the return specifically detailing that I should be refunded. I sent the replacement item back, hoping to get my refund. No, I was sent yet another replacement device. Each time the whole return process has taken 20+ days. There's apparently no way to send a simple return for refund to this company, and everything seems to be dealt with by a third party support company (SBE Ltd.) who ignores the request details every time and just sends a replacement out. I have contact Xiaomi support many times to try and sort this recurring problem, and in spite of numerous assurances that they'd sort it out they haven't been able to. Very poor customer service. I wouldn't buy from Xiaomi again or recommend them to anyone else.

Third smartphone purchased this week through Xiaomi who I have used over the last four to five years. Every device I have purchased so far has exceeded my expectations and generally feeling better quality than better known brands in UK. I'm glad they now have a fully setup UK distribution as my first order came from France, prior to this, direct from China. I have Redmi and Poco devices and both are superb. Also dispatch and delivery is very quick. My only suggestion is to give customers in UK the option to easily debloat their phones. Most don't want or need the additional apps provided and some are harder to remove than nessisary. Provide customers with a cleaner OS and I see no reason for Xiaomi not to exceed in UK market even more so than now.

Very poor customer service and just for sake of it I would recommend avoiding it. Redmi smart band lost Bluetooth connection after a couple of months and I was basically told to ......go somewhere else. Really disappointed.
