Absolutely fantastic food and lovely staff. We now have authentic, gorgeous Bahn Mis in Durham, located in a useful spot right next to the bus ranks.

Definitely grab an iced coffee or peach iced tea while you tuck in; fresh veg, rich sauces and quality protein. Inexpensive and filling, definitely check it out!

This lovely little place is a very welcome addition to Durham's food scene. I had a classic Bahn Mi, - a crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, baguette stuffed with with Vietnamese pork sausage, loads of fresh mint, coriander, shredded carrots and mayo. Really tasty and a generous portion - it will do me for two lunches. I also tried the iced coffee which was strong and sweet.

The prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I can't wait to return and try the other Bahn mi options which include grilled pork, grilled chicken and tofu and mushroom.

The food was very tasty and great flavor with very friendly staff. I had vegetarian option with mushrooms and tofu. The sauce was great and mint&coriander made great taste and difference. I love to come back and the fresh cold tea looked nice too.

Cute Vietnamese cafe conveniently located on North Road! The staff are welcoming and friendly- LOVED the chicken sandwich, had it made extra spicy. 👌🏽 and the Vietnamese coffee is delicious too! Skip Greggs and Tesco- visit Banh Mi! Totally worth it 👌🏽

Not a banh mi, but a delicious sandwich nonetheless. Anyone who knows a banh mi and is craving one, this will not suffice. Don't offer coriander or fresh chilli. Not a vietnamese bap, there was no pate, and they weren't offering any noodle dishes as advertised on the google search which was disappointing.

Better than subway, a yummy sandwich, but not what is expected for a banh mi enthusiast.

Got the grilled pork banh mi, little meat compared to the huge baguette. Lacking in flavour making it taste like just a vegetable bun. Vegetables were fresh though 🥒

Down today for their practice run open day. Ordered the classic banh mi and a Vietnamese drip coffee. Sandwich was crisp and tasty and probably as near as you'll get to the real deal in the north east of England. Coffee was strong and sweet, just as a Vietnamese coffee should be. I'll be going back. Go and support this place, as its not often we get good quality out-of-the-ordinary food in the Durham/Sunderland area.

This Place Does NOT sell Banh Mi.
There was NO Ham, No Pate, NO Coriander, No Mayo, No Chillies and sold as a Banh Mi in Baguette Bread, it sells Chicken or Pork Salad Baguettes lol, So don't go if you're after a Banh Mi and to base the Premises on that fact is an Absolute Joke !! When Quizzed the guy shyly said people don't like Coriander so we leave it off.
Absolutely Ridiculous.
