I had the pleasure of joining the 8-week mindfulness course in January. Mark is a great teacher with lots of wisdom, and the course is led in a calm atmosphere that I looked forward to returning to each week. The other people on the course were fantastic too and we all got along well and felt safe to share our thoughts on our experiences with the practices. Each week you receive great notes with lots of references and a set of meditations to try. I can’t recommend the course enough and once I’ve embedded this round, I’ll be booking onto the next course to develop deeper insight.

Mark's Deepening and Sustaining Course is an excellent follow-up to the 8 Week Mindfulness. Each session brings new insights and tools that greatly increase one's understanding of the subject and take mindfulness to the next level. I felt re-invigorated by the course and came away better equipped to create a solid foundation on which to be more mindful in the most challenging moments. Mark brings a relaxed and open style to each session - mixing both in-person and online - in which people can share both their thought and personal experiences. In the 12 months since completing the 8-week course, mindfulness has already made significant changes to my life for the better.

This is a fantastic course to invest in. Mark’s cheerful manner makes you feel instantly at ease from the start. You learn a variety of meditation techniques for doing at home and also techniques that can be done in as little as 1 or 2 minutes when facing a stressful situation during the day. He teaches how with practice you can change automatic ways of thinking and that you don’t have a set unchangeable personality, we are constantly evolving. We can influence this by retraining our mind to be more in the present moment and reframing how we see our thoughts and emotions.
