Extremely peaceful and beautiful place located Carmichael, Ca. Beautiful coy pond and gardens. I appreciate that Lotus Garden offers a variety of free or by donation classes. A really gem in the community.

I spent a few days in Sacramento and was lucky enough to go to their Sunday program, (located at another location) The food was delish and the music was awsome (also known as kirtan). Of course the music is with mantras but the style can be a rock out with guitar or something mellow.

The Lotus garden has also added a new program on Tuesday (free) on the property in the old yoga studio. Its meditation and a video lecture. The subjects of the lectures are very profound, practical and spiritually oriented, explained in a very relatable and easy to understand way.

If you are driving to check out the property for the first time be aware there are a couple of cats or new kittens on the property that do cross the driveaway. They are so cute and friendly. The kittens belong to the owner. If you see them they are super happy to come say hello.

If you are interested in getting stated in meditation they have classes that they host onsite. Based on number of people who want to come for a private class.

If you are not interested in meditation this place also has a cool yoga studio on Fair Oaks called the Yoga Annex. Their classes are hatha based yoga, lots of wonderful teachers from all walks of life who have a variety of teaching styles.

Taken two classes here so far and I love the meditation teachings! They offer meditation and yoga classes and have a website with all that they offer. The meditation instructors are very knowledgeable. Location is very peaceful and serene.

Very nice atmosphere and people. They teach ancient mantra meditation techniques which really help to calm the mind and develop inner strength. I can highly recommend this place!

I love Lotus Garden! I always looked forward to their Friday night candlelight kirtan events. It was such a relaxing a beautiful way to end the week and the perfect beginning to the weekend. Thank you for all the lovely times!

The owner and her husband are a very sweet couple. This place is beautiful. They have free dinner and mediation every Sunday from 6pm-9pm(: in a cozy yoga room. Very clean and peaceful place to meditate or practice yoga. Affordable.

The Lotus Garden Meditation Center is like a hidden oasis for me. The Friday night Kirtan really helps me to unwind from the busy week. The Sunday night Kirtan helps me to be prepared for what awaits early Monday morning. Everyone is very friendly and the grounds contain multiple spots to sit quietly and relax.

The vibe at Lotus Garden is really mellow and friendly. Who knew that mediation was so enjoyable. The first time I went I was nervous because I haven't practiced meditation in a long time, and everyone made me feel so at home, I had a great time.

Lotus Garden is an oasis for me, a place where I can go and experience a warm and welcoming environment whether at a lively fun kirtan on Sunday or mellow kirtan on Friday. Meditation classes are offered several times each week and a variety of yoga classes for beginners and experienced students.
