Place a delivery order for Panda Express and unfortunately this was the location that would service my area. Ordered 12 rangoons and only recieved 2 rangoons. Ordered orange chicken and the chicken was cold and in appealing. Called the restaurant and no one answers. Corporate needs to shut this place down.

The staff was unattentive and rude until the manager on duty arrived. Josh and Victoria, both in particular, made a point to serve everyone else while ignoring me after the entire restaurant was cleared out. I don't expect preferential treatment, I do however expect to be treated in the same courteous and timely manner as everyone else.

Stopped here for lunch, there are no public restrooms for customers as they have them locked. Major health code violation. Also, they didn't give me a receipt for my order. Federal law clearly states that all transactions are made with a receipt.

I don't understand why every single time we order from this place the food is horrible. Its never fresh and when you door das, they never send packets of soy, teriyaki etc. When you go through the drive through, same results. When I go to a different location in Mesquite, Forney, or Plano the food is always fresh. I called and spoke with the MANAGER, I WAS TOLD THAT YOU HAVE TO REQUEST FRESH FOOD, HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! YOU GUYS HAVE GOT TO BETTER FOR THE COMMUNITY WHO SUPPORT YOU WITH ORERING FOOD. WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO GO OUT TO OTHER AREAS FOR GREAT SERVICE!! GET IT TOGETHER PLEASE!! NO DRY FOOD GOSH!!

Uber Driver. 2 pickups in one day. First time was made to make the drink for the customer. Completely ignored by all staff second time. Absolutely the worst treatment for literally no reason at all. I think it’s racism. Do not give these people money.

Order two plates with double orange chicken. The chicken was dark, tough and looked burned. I took the orders back to the restaurant and ask for another order because of the issues. I was told all the orange chicken looked like that, but that it was fine. She said her manager thought the same things but tasted it and said it was fine. I am a long time customer of Panda Express and I have never seen the chicken this dark. So I requested a refund, the cashier said ‘they’ don’t give refunds. I asked her how are you going to tell me I can’t get my money back, she said that is what she was told no refund because the drawer would be short. I told her I paid with my card. Then she said she wouldn’t know how to refund a card. I asked was that a Panda Express policy and she said their location’s policy, but she doesn’t know about other locations. I then asked for a manager, she told me she was not a manager but she was in charge. Savanna was very nice but I was very disappointed in the food and how the situation was handled.
