Not sure, what to think. I've always had the steak Street. Today my son got 2 burritos and ate one, said it tasted like straight dog food so he opened up the second one and noticed pink meat. Probably won't be going back after seeing these other reviews on here now too. Just make sure you open anything up before eating it from here.

We dined in on a Monday around 2. Service was friendly. Food was fresh and very good. Drinks were good. The only thing I could recommend is better napkins 😀 and more water fill ups. Will be back and will recommend.

I will never eat here again. The food is absolutely gross and the service is terrible. We went Sunday afternoon before it was busy. My server was not nice. She acted as though we were an inconvenience to her.
When she brought my food it was wrong and she had take it back and when she brought it back you could tell they scraped the cheese off the enchilada and poured the chili con carne on top of it and you could tell it was watered down. I cut the enchilada in the middle and the cheese was not melted it was shredded store bought cheese. The taco meat was grey, I tasted it and was gross and took the plate from my son. I spelt my glass over on the table, I had to get up and wipe the ice and water off my jeans and shirt and not one employee came to help me and I immediately asked for the check. Again they were NOT BUSY. I told the cashier that I spilled a glass of water and nobody came to help me clean it up and she actually told me someone is cleaning it now. The food is terrible, service is awful and the staff is rude.
Paid $18 for a horrible meal that we did not eat.

If you want Tex-Mex, go to Jalepeno Tree. If you want authentic Mexican food, go to Mexico; BUT if you want a good mix of authentic and Tex-Mex food along with great service, great people and wonderful owners who are very humble …

Very down-to-earth family oriented business with great food and great service.

I don’t normally like mole, but their mole is about as authentic as it gets and it’s great! Try their brisket tacos, or their flautas, or their sopas. Heck, TRY it all. I guarantee you that you’ll like 90% of it.

ALSO, come have a drink and watch all your sporting events in their bar area. Plenty of screens.

Food was edible definitely not the best choice for Mexican food on the lake but I got a cheese enchilada and a tamale and I warn you do not get the tamales they are terrible. For the service the young lady brought us our food then we didn’t see her again till we finished eating and she brought the check. So my best advice is take your money down to Jalisco’s in Mabank

This is not my first time, eating here, and usually it’s decent and good but the level service from these young girls need to change very rude. they act like they’re being bothered I ordered menudo and 4 tacos food was cold. I did not even get onions or cilantro. With menudo. Looks like all the waitresses are just hiding in the back every time we asked for something it takes 10 minutes and I’m still waiting on a straw.

Ruin my whole appetite.

Went a few times had great service. Today was totally different.
It took 13 minutes to get chips and salsa. Our food was cold and they charged me extra for a substitution that I specifically asked if there was an extra charge don’t worry about it. (I believe if I said just no bell peppers they would would not decduct a few dollars. Lol
The cashier was very unpleasant and that’s putting it nice. Won’t be going back. I really thought I found a place we liked. I contacted them before posting this and still just unconcerned

Fancy nachos are my new favorite nachos. Individually loaded chips with chicken, black beans, sour cream, Guac, and sautéed onions. The onions are what put it over the top, though they also have just a regular fajita nacho if that’s not your jam.

Green sauce on the enchiladas was super flavorful and had some kick to it.

The salsa is watery and the queso seems like velveeta, but if you can ignore that the real food is a step up from the average and the price value is super reasonable. I’d come back.
