Angela has helped me appreciate the true meaning of meditation and how it can aid a busy mind. Angela’s classes are fantastic … She presented the right amount of information about the science behind the meditation and guided me through the actual process.

Attending Angela’s class was definitely one of the kindest things I’ve done for myself in a long time. I let my thoughts come and go; I’d never managed to clear my mind like that. It was a rewarding experience which I would recommend to anyone who wants to put their mind and body first 🙂

I have had a fantastic experience with Angela teaching me about mindfulness and meditation. I went into this experience with a friend knowing very little about it and have come out of the course with a greater understanding and thrive to continue to learn more plus have seen a massive personal benefit in the mindfulness exercises. I will definitely be continuing my practice and look forward to doing more sessions with Angela in the future and recommend anyone to do this and give time to yourself!

I've always had a keen interest in meditation and mindfulness and decided to partake in the 8 week meditation course with Angela. Each of Angela's sessions are a mixture of both educational understanding of meditation / mindfulness as well as guided practical exercises. Angela provides tools for you to take home to support with home practice which you get to reflect upon within your next session. I would have no issues in recommending Angela.

I experience bad anxiety and I decided to try meditation to help me with that. I did the 8 week course with Angela and it was fantastic! Angela is very passionate about the importance of Mindfulness, and she teaches you not just how to meditate, but also the science behind it. I found it very interesting, but most importantly it had helped me to learn how to deal with the anxiety when it shows up. I highly recommend Cotswold Meditation and Mindfulness.

I just completed the 8 week course. I would really recommend it. It has really helped me to understand more about the way my mind works, and how to build a different relationship with my thoughts. Angela has a lovely teaching style. I feel confident that I'll be incorporating daily meditation practice into my routine - I already feel the benefits after 8 weeks, and I am looking forward to exploring it more. One of the great things about actually attending the course and not just trying to do this using apps, etc, is that you really learn why you're doing it, and you learn that when you think you are doing it all wrong, you're actually doing it right!

I have just completed the Awareness and Wellbeing course online via Zoom. It was the best decision I’ve ever made, Angela is a fantastic teacher and I’m already noticing differences in my day to day life – I am so much more aware of my thoughts and how they can impact my day and my feelings. I have tried various things to help with my anxiety, and meditation is the only thing that I’ve done that I really feel is helping and will help long term. I would highly recommend it to anyone!! The sessions were one to one so I really felt I got a lot from them, and I was able to do it all from the comfort of my own home. Angela was encouraging, supportive and answered any questions I had. Thank you so much Angela!

I just finished my 8 sessions with Angela In Meditation and I feel rich of tools on how to calm myself and to approach stressful situations. I find myself building my knowledge into my everyday life. Angela is very down to earth and open and I was looking forward to each session. Angela was very flexible in arranging individual days and times for each season. Now it’s important to keep on practicing, which I can do with the audio recordings, Angela is providing after each session. After completing Angela’s eight week course recently, I feel far more capable of dealing with the everyday stress and strain of 21st century life.
