Food was good. The shoyu ramen is light and flavorful. Portion was good, not too big. The vegetarian spring rolls were good too but the sauce was interesting. Overall a good place to satisfy your ramen craving or a quick lunch in downtown.

Wow wow wow ? best dumplings I’ve ever had, delicious crab fried rice (not pictured are too fast) and delicious salad and sake.

This little gem has chef Ryan putting together an Asian fusion of flavors with perfection. Watch from the bar as dumplings are steamed, pan seared or boiled. Try everything on the menu. You’ll be back. Blue crab Rangoon was delicious.

Place is an absolute gem. Food is great, staff is friendly and attentive. I like the bar gives it a really cool vibe. I always go with the Sautéed Edamame and Chilli Beef Shumai to start. Been here on multiple occasions definitely recommend.

Cute spot for some fun fusion Japanese/Chinese dumplings and Izakaya noms. Highlights were the blue crab rangoons the pork & shrimp dumplings. Definitely a bit non-traditional. I searched everywhere for vinegar for the dumplings, but settled on soy sauce + their arbol chili oil.

Would be a great spot for date night. They have a great happy hour 2-4-1 on drinks from 3-6pm.

This was right across the street from our hotel and we thought about trying it a few times. Our Uber driver told us it was great so went the next morning for an early lunch. Our host/server was welcoming and gave us some great advice on the menu. The entire staff was friendly. It’s a small restaurant with a dozen bar stools or so and similar number of tables. Luckily we were there early and it was a holiday so no problem with seating. It was impeccably clean. We shared a few small plates including scallion pancakes, spring rolls and chicken dumplings. The mandarine orange sauce with the spring rolls was yummy. Food came quickly and was hot and fresh. The flavors were amazing. It was the best tasting food we had during our weekend in Miami.

The ambiance transports you straight to a cozy Japanese ramen bar, with a choice of bar seating and indoor tables. When I dived into my bowl of ramen, I anticipated the overpowering brine of the Great Salt Lake but instead was met with the tranquility of a serene pond. The broth was like a gentle hug—warm, soothing, and delightfully balanced, avoiding the typical sodium overload.

The portion was generous, and the umami notes hit just the right spot. My girlfriend’s chicken katsu was a standout, too—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. The attentive and friendly staff only enhanced the experience. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in Miami!

Very tasteful menu! Everything we ordered was delicious. The chef and the whole staff were great. I will come back to try the rest of the menu.
