Ok, not that great.
Schedule is not flexible. It is ok for therapists to reschedule/skip session due to their personal schedule conflicts; however, when it’s the patient turn to reschedule/skip session (notify many days in advance) due to schedule conflict, they made it difficult.
The therapist that we have is not very nice and unfriendly.
Overall, this place did not make a great impression for me. It seems to be all about billings and claims, I do not recommend.

I could not imagine going anywhere else. I'm so thrilled with the results and my experience with Dr. Robles over the last several years. I feel incredibly supported and listened to. One horrible place. Billing department is a big mess. My insurance send me a letter with approval but mindful one is still denying payment has been made. They interapted therapy services I was getting and gave me a lot of headache. Not a good place for someone who is sick with serious illness.

Really an amazing team all the way around! Dr. Tandon and Ben Royer do a great job running the administrative side of things -- really makes you feel taken care of when insurance decides to be a pain.

The therapy and psychological testing staff is equally fantastic -- Dr. Corbette, Rachel Inghram, and Irvin Hernandez have all done, and continue to do, so much to get me the help I needed.

Would whole-heartedly recommend MindfulOne for anyone and everyone out there.

BE AWARE !! ITS A NIGHTMARE !!
If you are seeking help or to get a diagnosis, run away from this place ☠️

I booked an appointment for ADHD testing.
Then it all started when I tried to cancel my appointment, a day before, since the policy stated it has to be 24hrs before your appointment, so I called the day before, I was told If I had called 20 minutes earlier they would have canceled it without a charge, but since I was 20 minutes late, I will be charged 50 dollars late fee !! "They eventually waived it"
As a result I wrote a review about their cancellation policy!
My appointment was after I wrote the review so when I walked in the doctor and the therapist who conducted the testing looked upset, unwelcoming and was doing the bare minimum.
I proceeded to take the test and few hours later I was done , as I was getting ready to leave , the doc walked in and asked me to meet her at her office , I walked in assuming it's going to be about my test or something important.
She start rambling about how shocked she was that I finished the testing in one setting and how she thought it would take few days ! And how I looked like a mess when she first saw me , things like that @@ !!! then she mentioned my google review (just then I realized how unprofessional she was ,trying to get personal with me because she was upset about my review) she start sharing information about herself and her office ,her staff ! things that didn't really concern me , trying to pressure me to delete the comment ! (Manipulation tactic)
Which I eventually did.
It's not over yet !! Ne ne ne !!
The results were ready after few weeks! She wanted to meet to go over them!! Of course I wasn't going to continue with them at this point! They caused me so much stress already!
so I asked for my results to be sent to me !!
She refused, stating it was unethical to send the results without going through them with me first!! I told her it's illegal to withhold the results from me!! She said she wasn't! When she was !! (Another manipulative move) ! It took me few tries to get my results sent to me!!
When I said it was a nightmare I meant it !!!
Of course the report reflected her more than me !!
I will be starting all over again with a qualified doctor this time!!

I can't say enough good things about my experience here. I've been in therapy for about 5 months and can't imagine a better experience. I would give 10 stars if I could and would recommend this place to anyone!
