Ting Ting's Manifestation & Relaxation class was an unforgettable experience. I left the session feeling more peaceful and connected to my body and soul than I have ever felt before. Ting Ting first led us on a beautiful hike which incorporated several breathing techniques to help us achieve and maintain a state of presence and mindfulness. Afterwards, Ting Ting guided us through a Yoga Nidra and sound healing meditation where we entered into a deep state of consciousness and awareness. Ting Ting has a beautiful presence and energy about her that makes this experience unlike any other group meditation that I have ever participated in. She is incredibly present and in tune with her essence which creates a very safe, calm and healing environment for everyone. I highly recommend attending Ting Ting's workshops and I look forward to attending the next one.
