Visited to get my damaged passport replaced. Really want to say how lovely all of the girls who were working in the passport office were. Rosie in particular, who assisted me, was so warm, friendly and welcoming. Was quite stressed about coming in and Rosie made it a really pleasant experience. Really impressed by how efficient and friendly they all are, thank you.

Amazing service, very efficient. Had my passport stolen on a Friday afternoon, got a walk in Emergency Passport appointment on Monday morning, they told me they would have my emergency passport ready most likely by the following day, and they delivered, it was ready by 3:30pm on the Tuesday. Really friendly in explaining the process and made me feel reassured in a difficult time, and a very quick passport turnaround to get me travelling again. Thank you guys ?

Pro tip: call the 24h number which directs to Australia if you’re stuck in a situation during out of office hours for the High Commission, they’ll tell you what to do.

Decent enough but a few annoying things for passport services. 1) Security is ridiculous. One has to go through a rigmarole as if they were entering the white house and meeting the president of the USA. Unnecessary. Make it lighter and faster. 2) The appointment times are not honoured even though there were zero people waiting. The pommie employees are taking their time and call my name 4 minutes later than the appt. Again, unnecessary. Be prompt and professional FGS. 3) The cost of a passport—which is a right to have as a citizen so one can travel in the world—is plain highway robbery and a steep taxation by the Aus Gov't. It costs nearly $600 AUSD for a 10-year passport if doing it from overseas. Stop fleecing people Aus gov't!!

Very pleasant helpful door staff, told to come back in an hour as we were too early, by 2 hours. Told there were no toilets in building, so had to leave and buy lunch and coffee in order to use their facilities. Young staff member very helpful with emergency passport application . It's just a shame we had to travel from Scorland to go through the process.

Every point of contact I had with the passport office at the Australian High Commission was brilliant. I needed emergency travel documents, as my Australian passport had expired, and my Mum was having emergency heart surgery. The staff were helpful, offered advice and support, were professional and friendly. So proud that each person I liaised with was an Aussie!

SOS SOS SOS SOS SOS SOS SOS SOS SOS Can someone please check your records for an Australian passport that may have been issued years ago now ? I would rather enter Australia safely than with my UK passport thanks ! Some of us would like a successful way of living ! Enough is Enough some of us would like a life ! I enjoy birthdays Christmas's and finding a Beautiful Sunset is one of them ! Holidays too, Something wrong with enjoying and having a Happy Life ? Can't cycle can't play soccer now my degree

I had an urgent question about traveling on my current passport while my new passport was being processed. My email was replied to within a few hours, and I also called in the meantime. Brooke, who was also Australian, was extremely helpful, friendly and diligent. I can now travel with peace of mind that I'll be able to get back into the UK.
