Highly recommended. I was experiencing anxiety physically and tried several approaches and semi-natural meds..After a few sessions of the course, I felt better abd stopped taking the meds.

סוזי מסבירה באופן די ברור מה זה מינפולנס. בנוסף היא מחברת את זה לפרשת השבוע ולמה שקורה במדינה ,במיוחד בחיי היום יום. תענוג לקרוא את מה שהיא כותבת ותענוג גם להכיר אותה באופן אישי 🙂

Learning mindfulness with Susie has been an incredible, positive turning point in my life. She was able to gently teach and guide me during a very stressful time to become more mindful, more aware and more present with myself, my feelings and thoughts. For the first time in years, I am able to sit and actually hear the different kinds of birds chirping and not be bored. Mindfulness has opened up a new world for me. I am more present, more accepting and more peaceful. I now am able to practice a little mindfulness meditation everyday and has been an extremely positive in all aspects of my life. I am very grateful for Susie and this course.

Many think before learning about mindfulness that it's New Agey hocus pocus due to a general lack of familiarity with it. The truth is that it's common sense and highly normal. It's not my place to give a description of mindfulness and its benefits, but in extremely short for me at least, it's the habit of living life while fully aware of what ones doing, and it can get a person in touch with himself in the deepest sense. We're here to maximize ourselves and live life to the fullest, and just get to know and love ourselves.
I did Susie's course and I found it incredible, and very practice focused as opposed to long speeches without any real life experience. In addition, each week was not rehashing the same thing as the week before but we were truly learning new things each week, while those new things we learned also broadened and deepened the principles of former classes. There was a lot of very important information taught. I also found Susie to be a wonderful teacher, clear, patient, and filled with common sense and understanding of what it takes to get better at the practice of mindfulness, and possible and common pitfalls that one can encounter on the way. I found Susie to go out of her way to really try to teach each person individually according to his or her needs, all within the power of a group doing something together. Without going into too much detail, I gained a lot then from the course , and continue to reap large benefits from the skill of mindfulness.
Honestly it was also lots of fun and exciting for me, and I really looked forward to it each week.
To recap, if you're looking to benefit from mindfulness and to learn it, Susie is a 5 stars teacher and one can absolutely start a journey of mindfulness, and get involved deeply in the practice by doing this course, which really was phenomenal and enjoyable in my experiece. It was a blessing for me and Im still grateful I did it. I would absolutely suggest it to anyone looking to learn about mindfulness.
