My 8 year old son has just completed a course with Jenny. My son was a little reluctant about starting but as soon as he met Jenny she made him feel really comfortable and he has absolutely loved his sessions and been really keen to keep on going.

He has learnt an awful lot of fascinating information throughout the course which has given him some really good coping mechanisms to use in every day life. Jenny has made the course really enjoyable and really easy for him to understand and grasp. He always comes out of every session feeling really positive and excited about his new found knowledge.

I have seen a big difference in the way my son has coped with certain situations since he has started to see Jenny. He seems much more in tune with his emotions and has the ability and knowledge to assess what is going on in a situation and then take act accordingly, whether that be using his voice, walking away or deciding not to get involved in something. It's been wonderful to watch.

I would highly recommend Jenny and mindfulness to all parents, mindfulness and the knowledge it brings is such a wonderful tool to have and hugely needed, especially with our youngsters. It's been a massive benefit to my son and.

I have used Jenny over a number of years for my children who suffer with anxiety and phobias. They always found Jenny to be friendly and calm and a safe space to express their thoughts and fears. They have found learning mindfulness techniques and coping strategies invaluable in helping them to move forward.

Jenny is exactly the tonic that my anxious 11 year old daughter needed. A friendly, supportive, understanding, easy-to-warm-to personality, Jenny seems to have a natural ease of mixing listening and talking therapies with practical age-appropriate tools and techniques, often shared through short videos that explain the “science” through easy to understand analogies. My daughter deeply values her fortnightly session with Jenny, and is gaining much strength from the space with an independent trusted adult to explore who she is as a person and how she can bravely show up in the world. Thank you Jenny for all that you do, such a valuable and much needed profession in a world that’s ever more complicated for our young people!

My 13 year old daughter has just completed her second series of sessions with Jenny, she was suffering terribly with anxiety and intrusive thoughts and Jenny was fantastic in talking her through her worries and explaining how our brains work and then helping her to create and use different tools and techniques so she can continue to work on her mental health independently.

My daughter enjoyed her sessions with Jenny so much, she always came out feeling happy and positive and because she made notes throughout, when those negative thoughts returned she was able to cope by reading through her notes and practicing her breathing techniques. I would highly recommend Jenny to anyone that needs it, she is so caring and compassionate and I am so grateful for her help.
