This Mexican restaurant is one of the best kept secrets in Indianapolis. Our family and extended family has been going there for years and last night we had another family birthday celebration with great service and atmosphere to charm us as always, and a scrumptious variety of food, including great vegetables, 😊 and the best flan in the United States!
Every time we go, it’s like going home because this family owned restaurant has become part of our family and it’s a loving reunion. Thank you, Augustine, Carmen and all of your family and employees.We'll keep coming through those doors for Many more years….❤️

It was our first visit to celebrate my sister’s birthday, yesterday. The staff was very nice, attentive, and welcoming. They were very patient as we were ordering while my daughter put her Spanish lessons to use. We loved it there and will be back!

We stumbled into this place and had a great experience! Our server, Carmen, was amazing and funny, and the inside is really cool looking, better than most other Mexican restaurants in our area. Best items we ordered were the chili con queso and the Mexican whipped potatoes. We’ll be back!

The "salsa" is more like taco sauce. They gave me just a small amount of chips, and they weren't warm. (the chips you see in the picture is all I got) The unsweet tea was good.
I ordered the lunch tacos with ground beef ($8.99), they were ok, but not great.
First time there, doubt I'll go back, I was out in the area checking out other shopping.

We had an exceptional evening at Mi Tanampa. We were a birthday party with 38 guests. The food was excellent and the service even better—food delivered quickly and accurately. We are grateful.

Yea I would rather go to la Hacienda than this place. The food was horrible absolutely disgusting. No flavor. The melted cheese on top of my burrito was like cheese dip that you could get out of a jar at a grocery store. The menu looks great but what’s in front of you is false advertising. They need a new chef.

I love this restaurant. The food is delicious, the service is extraordinary, the place is welcoming, and the prices are inexpensive. I highly recommend this place.

You wouldn't know it from the outside but this place has great decor. Service was excellent and the food was great too. I kept feeling like the bill was going to come and my wallet would be hurting but they have very reasonable prices for how nice everything was.
