I came for my mobile service, no one is at the service centre, receptionist saying service person not available. Asking me to come tomorrow. I came to the centre at 3:40 pm. They don't bother about customers.

Had an amazing experience at Mi Home, Madhapur while buying the Redmi Note 13 Pro. The store is well-organized, and the staff provided excellent service. They patiently answered all my queries and ensured I got the best deal. The phone is performing beyond my expectations- smooth performance, long battery life, and a fantastic design. Will definitely visit again for future purchases!

I recently purchased the Redmi Note 14 from Mi Home Madhapur, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The executive who assisted me was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, providing excellent guidance on the phone’s features and helping me make the right choice. The entire staff at the store was professional, welcoming, and attentive. The store itself had a great atmosphere, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend visiting Mi Home Madhapur for a smooth and satisfying shopping experience

I had the most frustrating and disappointing experience at the MI Service Center. When I initially dropped off my phone for repair, they assured me that it would be fixed in 4-5 days. However, it ended up taking over 15 days, with no clear communication or updates from their side. On top of that, when I first handed over my mobile, they identified one issue and ordered a part for it. Today, when I went to check the status, they casually informed me about another issue, which should have been identified on the first day itself! It shows their lack of responsibility and poor diagnostic skills. They don’t seem to care about customers or timely service. Overall, this has been the worst service experience I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend this service center to anyone. If you value your time and want a smooth service experience, avoid this place at all costs!

recently purchased the Redmi Note 13 Pro from Mi Home, Madhapur, and the experience was fantastic! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and guided me through all the features of the phone. The device itself is incredible-great display, powerful processor, and a camera that captures stunning photos. Highly recommend visiting this store for a seamless experience.
