Employee claimed the manager of this location was backdooring pokemon cards. None available on release date. Close this place down and fire the employees.

Fix your hours today 6/19/24 your employee didn’t show up until 12 am and still had customers waiting for a long time waiting for him to get set up . We all seen the slouch coming out of his car and slowly make his way inside to take his time . Please do better or at least fix your house so people don’t get mad at you guys .

We were just looking for a PS4 Remote and I told him can you check other stores and he said that none of the stores have them he didn't even check so I went to Game Exchange in Grand Prairie and they had an excellent service. I feel that GameStop should have more mature people that cares about customers.

Came in with my son to buy the wwe 24 when arrived the cashier the white heavy set girl with the long ghetto nails was helping someone but she didn’t speak or greet us so we found the game and was waiting in line then a Hispanic guy came in with his kids now all of a sudden she’s friendly and speaking and greeting them(gave me rascist) so I said I must need to take my money else where cause it seems like you can’t speak to black people and she says I can! So I told my son to put it back and we went went right to Walmart and got the game so $100 to Walmart and not GameStop

This has to be the worst GameStop in the usa there very rude and lie to customers and they also open late and close way before they time there supposed today is supposed to be midnight release for the new Spideman game and they’re telling me that they are going to be close it’s Ridiculous what’s the purpose of pre-ordering your game if you guys are going to be close for the midnight release

Went today, woman behind the front desk knows nothing about being nice to customers. Asked to see controllers, she rolled her eyes and pointed behind her. After I made my purchase I said thank you have a nice day, and did the same thing again and said nothing back. I’ve been coming here since it opened. Never met someone like her at this location. Last time I ever go for sure.
