Shalini is a wonderful, down-to-earth teacher. Her honesty about her own mindfulness journey made her easy to relate to and open up to. I did the mindfulness course 2 years ago and I still use the tools I gained from it on a daily basis (driving, eating, walking etc.), in a way that feels very natural. If you get a chance to take this course with Shalini, you should!

Shalini's mindfulness training is wonderful. I took her MBSR course and then attended the monthly practice for 3 years. The environment is intimate and cozy, the instructor knowledgeable and gentle, and the community is lovely. Highly recommended.
